At I.S.P.D., we believe that actions speak louder than words. Our mission is to empower individuals through professional speaking that motivates and inspires real change. We believe that anybody can become a better version of themselves! I.S.P.D. stands for IDENTITY,SELF WORTH,PURPOSE AND DESTINY I believe that experience is not the best teacher however it is the most effective. It is through my own personal experiences of drug addiction,alcoholism,physical abuse,homlessness,mental abuse,going in and out of prisons back and forth to the county jail as well as gang violence that i am able to relate to the struggles of many. Becoming the person that i am today has not been easy but it has been worth it, I now aim to give back to society in a positive way by giving others  hope not with just Words but by being the example showing them that all things are possible when we apply what we know   Faith without works is dead.
